1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using GreenUp you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. What GreenUp is

GreenUp is a personal finance and betting tracking tool. It provides calculators, a bet tracker, bankroll management and analytics to help you record and analyse matched betting activity.

GreenUp is a tracking and calculation tool only. We do not place bets on your behalf, we are not a bookmaker, and we are not regulated by the UK Gambling Commission. You remain solely responsible for all betting decisions and activity.

3. Age requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use GreenUp. Matched betting involves interaction with licensed gambling operators and is restricted to adults. By registering you confirm you are 18 or over.

4. Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• You must provide accurate information when registering
• One person may only create one account unless explicitly permitted otherwise

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use GreenUp for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to access other users' data or accounts
• Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt or interfere with the service
• Upload or transmit malicious code or content
• Resell, redistribute or create derivative commercial products from GreenUp without permission

6. Matched betting disclaimer

Matched betting is a technique that uses mathematical calculations to reduce risk when claiming bookmaker promotions. While it is legal in the UK, individual bookmakers may restrict or close accounts at their discretion.

GreenUp does not guarantee any specific financial outcome. Past performance data shown in the app reflects your own historical records and is not a prediction of future results. All betting carries risk and you should only bet with money you can afford to lose.

7. Limitation of liability

GreenUp is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

• Any financial losses arising from betting activity, including activity tracked using GreenUp
• Data loss due to technical failure (we recommend using the backup feature regularly)
• Interruptions to the service
• Errors in calculations (always verify stakes before placing bets)

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claims arising from use of GreenUp is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Intellectual property

GreenUp and its content are the intellectual property of their respective owners. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute any part of GreenUp without prior written permission.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may close your account at any time by emailing [email protected].

10. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of GreenUp after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
